Trips for 1 Euro: what do you mean?

Here I try to propose an idea for a new way to demonstrate one’s skills and professionalism in tourism.
The idea is to provide the work for a very limited period of time at an almost negligible amount of earnings/revenue by imposing a condition (maximum two!) that allows the real skills to emerge in that little time available.
Since the idea of ​​being a professional tour guide is plan A of my current career path, I make available the skills and professionalism acquired with experience and apprenticeship by asking for a fee of 1 Euro per accompanied trip (a negligible amount) for a total of 10 trips (limited period).

Condition

At this point the condition also comes into play: every travel agency or tour operator (or whoever) that contacts me for this/this project/idea, must offer me the possibility of choosing from a range of trips to accompany..
This, for a simple reason: to be able to decide between the various options which, at that moment, is most suitable for a high quality service.

Why this choice/gamble?

The answer is simple: in a world of tourism and travel in which many people think they are super competent and professional always asking for salaries/fees outside the parameters (based on their real skills!!!), it is right that someone is perceived as a resource/opportunity and not a cost (which is negligible!). In short, an approach opposite to the common trend of job interviews in tourism, almost a paradox 🙂
