In this article I’ll tell you about the stop at the Church of Saint Nectarios in Aegina during the journey to discover Greece and Turkey both with and without a cruise.

How to reach Aegina?

After the previous adventure “PORTUGAL AND LUXEMBOURG: a journey with final destination San Siro” (find out the article here), I left for another experience “From Venice to Athens with Volotea” (find out the article here) with initial destination the Hellenic land. Between one day and another I also had the opportunity to meet Costa Venezia in Piraeus (find out the article here) before taking the ferry to move “From Athens to Aegina with Saronic Ferries” (find out the article here).

After landing on the island and taking my first steps in Aegina (Αίγινα) (find out the article here), I decided to head towards the area of the Archaeological Museum (Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Αίγινας) where the Temple of Apollo (Ναός του Απόλλωνος) is located (find out the article here).
From there I took a bus to continue the discovery of the pistachio island and get to this church and the nearby Holy Monastery of the Holy Trinity (Ιερά Μονή Αγίας Τριάδος – Αγίου Νεκταρίου Αιγίνη ς) 🙂
