CV: who should write it? (and it almost never happens!)
I write this article talking about a detail that I always tend to point out when it comes to CV (Curriculum Vitae) looking for a job. What is the result? Simple: most (if not all) tell me it makes sense what I say. Read on to understand what it is.
CV: a start to “break the ice”
Looking for a job, everyone (especially the less elderly population) has had to draw up a Curriculum Vitae in order to participate in a competition as well as in a job selection and so on. This is one of the first fundamental steps to make yourself known and, so to speak, “break the ice”. I consider it a right practice so that I can immediately make a skimming based on the skills and experience acquired by the candidates in question. Always hoping that the information in the documentation is truthful.

But what is the detail that few do not notice when sending a CV for a job interview? The answer is simple: just as the candidate has to send his/her own, it would be advisable for the latter to have the Curriculum vitae of the one/those who will examine it. Why? Whoever judges already has an idea of who he/she/they will be confronted with but also whoever is judged would already have an idea with whom he/she will be dealing!
It makes sense to me and I’ve been saying this for years. Thankfully I always get positive feedback that it would be a smart idea
