In this article I’ll tell you about the trip from Venice to Heraklion with Volotea before the cruise that allowed me to discover Greece and Turkey.

How to reach Heraklion?

The same day in which I returned to Venice from the Czech Republic in the morning, in the evening I took the flight to reach the island of Crete. I was in Plzeň (find out the article here) to see “Viktoria Plzeň-Inter match: full result in the Czech away match!” (find out the article here) and before reaching the airport I also took a trip to the center of Prague by night (find out the article here) to get some souvenir shots of the Czech capital at night. So, I reached Heraklion (Heraklion) from Venice but it’s as if I reached it from Prague 😛

From Venice to Heraklion in an economical way

Like many, you may think that this type of trip was very expensive. And instead, I can surprise you. Despite being a low-cost airline and fluctuating prices, I found an offer (with luggage to be stored under the seat and a 10kg bag in the hold) which allowed me to pay only 9.99 Euros for this experience! For clarity, the 10 kg baggage is also included in the final price because I am registered with the Megavolotea program 🙂
