After a night in Brescia where I was able to see/photograph/film the center and the castle area (find out the article here), the following day I moved to the Lake Iseo area.

How to reach Iseo?

From Brescia, I took the bus that took me to Sarnico. Leaving my luggage, I headed back to the bus stop to be able to take the one in the direction of Iseo.

Both on my arrival from Brescia and to reach Iseo, the bus stop was not exactly in Sarnico but in Paratico, that is the neighboring town after crossing the river and also a province :D
Why? The answer is simple: Sarnico is located in the province of Bergamo while Paratico in that of Brescia :)

Historic center and surroundings of Iseo

Got off the bus in the Gorzoni parking area, I headed towards the center and the lakefront.

From there, in the distance I saw the Oldofreddi Castle and the Pieve di Sant’Andrea.
Just the time for some shots of what surrounded me and I was already at the landing stage so as not to miss the boat.

Boat to Monte Isola

Why did I decide to take the boat? The answer is simple: given the beautiful day from the atmospheric point of view, I wanted to reach Monte Isola and get off at the Sensole stop. Before getting there, the boat made a previous stop on the other side of the lake, precisely in Predore. And, from the boat, it was possible to have a view and an idea of ​​the extent of the nearby Corno Park of Predore.
