Lake Mladost (Veles)

During the fourth stage of the trip to North Macedonia, in Prilep (find out the article here), I also managed to discover Lake Mladost in Veles.

To start getting an idea of the places and views that I was able to admire, I invite you to watch the video below containing the most significant images of this experience.

How to get to lake Mladost in Veles?

From Kruševo, I took the bus that brought me back to Prilep where I took another bus towards Veles. During the transfer, I had the opportunity to see the rural landscapes of this area of North Macedonia from the window.

There is to walk

From the bus stop, I had to walk for about 8 km and finally I reached the lake area. As you have seen in the previous photos and you will see in the video at the end of the article, it is a lakeside walk where the typical lake landscape is present :)

On the way back

Returning to the center and the bus stop. I stopped to take some shots of the Vardar river and, in the distance, of the Clock Tower.

Let’s say that after the long walk to/from the center it is already a miracle that I still had the energy to take some shots, not in a hurry :D

The journey continues…

On the same day I had previously been to Kruševo (find out the article here) while, the following day, I moved to Skopje (find out the article here).
