In this article I’ll tell you about the Mykonos stop (again) during the journey to discover Greece and Turkey both with and without a cruise.

How to reach Mykonos?
After exploring the island of Aegina (Αίγινα) (find out the article here) and returning by ferry to Piraeus to take the train “From Athens to Kalambaka with Hellenic Train” (find out the article here), I reached Kalambaka (Καλαμπάκα) (find out the article here), the closest city to support the visit of the Meteora Monasteries (find out the article here). Subsequently I moved “From Kalambaka to Heraklion by bus and ferry” (find out the article here) to reach the island of Crete, more precisely, Heraklion (find out the article here) where I started the Costa Venezia cruise in Heraklion (find out the article here).

Since it was an off-season period, there weren’t that many people in the city center and so I took the opportunity to take some shots without the crowds of people 😛
