How to reach Ohrid?
During this trip to North Macedonia I reached Ohrid by bus from the capital Skopje. From Italy, when I embarked on this adventure, there was also the possibility of a direct low-cost flight from Milan Malpensa to here.
Why Ohrid by night?
I arrived in Ohrid in the afternoon and, after having placed my luggage in the hostel, I headed for a short walk around and orient myself a bit. It was already getting dark and so most of the shots were at night. I had an idea of the route for the following day when I would also add the camera to the expedition companions :D
Red sky at night, good weather hopefully
As the light went down, I continued to glimpse a prevalence of the primary color red or its shades.
It was in those moments that the famous saying “Red in the evening, good weather hopefully” came to mind and, in fact, the next day was a crazy day from a meteorological point of view (find out the article here).
