Oulu
After more than 4 hours by bus I arrived in Oulu. Having left Vaasa (find out the article here) at 3 pm, I saw very little from the window during the trip :)
This was the last stop before entering Lapland, more precisely, in the Region of Lapland (Finnish Lapland).

Meeting with other travelers
When I arrived at the bus station, I immediately met the couchsurfer who was going to host me. At that point, since it was dark, you might be thinking that we went to the accommodation to drop off our luggage. No! I attended a mini meeting with local couchsurfers. What did it consist of? Everyone talked about their travel experiences. Luckily they made me talk only about the trip I was doing otherwise I would still be there to tell all the past trips :D
Oulu, between the city center and nature
The following day, together with the couchsurfer, I made a complete overview of the city starting from the city cathedral (Oulun tuomiokirkko), crossing bridges
and nature,
to the library (Oulun pääkirjasto). From there, then, we continued the walk in the city center waiting for the train that would take me to Rovaniemi (find out the article here).
