After the day dedicated to walking around the Lake Èndine (find out the article here), I decided to go to the top and reach Ponte di Legno.
To start getting an idea of the places and views that I was able to admire, I invite you to watch the video below containing the most significant images of this experience.
How to reach Ponte di Legno?
Being based in Sarnico, I had to take the bus that took me from Partinico to Iseo. There, took a few steps to reach the station and take the train to Edolo. Once in Edolo, the bus to finally reach the destination of the day.
Travel contingencies
In reality, on the Iseo-Edolo train section, in Cedegolo, I had to get off the train and take the replacement bus to Edolo because there was a problem in the last section of the railway line. And so also on the way back. Unexpected events that can happen during a trip :)
There are those who still continue
When I got off at the Piazzale Cida stop, I discovered that many people had taken the same bus as me and then, from there, took another one towards Passo del Tonale. So, they still continued their journey higher and higher :)
The bridge was really made of wood
Following the course of the Frigidolfo stream, I finally reached the famous bridge. And it was also made of wood :D

Continuing the discovery of the village I was able to photograph the Church of the Holy Trinity
and glimpses of the historic center.
The journey continues…
On the return transfer, I also stopped to take a look at Edolo (find out the article here).
The next day I took a little break from long commutes. Both to rest a bit and to start drawing up some ideas to be included in the blog articles. So, in order not to be left without taking pictures/filming, I dedicated myself to some glimpses of Sarnico (find out the article here). Later I returned to Brescia, and having already seen it, I decided to go, during the day, to Cremona (find out the article here) and Mantua.
