In this article I’ll talk to you about sailing from the Åland to Stockholm during this new journey to discover the archipelago in particular.

Sailing from the Åland Islands towards Stockholm
After tackling the “Sailing from Stockholm to Åland Islands” (find out the article here), and having disembarked at Mariehamn (find out the article here), the discovery of this main island of the archipelago begins 🙂
After “Kastelholms Slott” (find out the article here), still in that area, I was able to admire the “Jan Karlsgården friluftsmuseum” (find out the article here) before reaching the fortress area 😃
This day I walked to Geta and the caves in the area, the Djupviksgrottan (find out the article here). However, I realized that I had not reached the Notvikstornet (find out the article here) when I was in Bomarsund and, therefore, I made up for it by returning (on foot) to that area 😃
At this point the time has come to leave the archipelago and tackle the navigation with Viking Cinderella to reach Stockholm again.
