In this article I’ll tell you about the stop in Tarragona during the journey to discover England, Wales and Andorra.

How to reach Tarragona?

After starting the journey with stops in Bristol (find out the article here), Swansea (find out the article here), Cardiff (find out the article here), Leeds (find out the article here), York (find out the article here) and Newcastle (find out the article here), I decided to use two planes (Newcastle-Dublin and Dublin-Barcelona) and a bus (Barcelona-Andorra) to reach Andorra la Vella (find out the article here). I returned to Barcelona by bus in the afternoon of the same day as “Barcelona-Inter: an incredible match that ended 3-3” (find out the article here). The following day I reached the next destination, this time, by train.

First steps in the city

Before this occasion, I had already been to this city several times when I worked on board Costa Cruises ships. Despite this, given the beautiful day from a weather point of view, I decided to take a walk in the center of this Roman city.

The following day, I woke up at dawn and, still in the dark, I set off towards the city port.
How come? The answer is simple: I was passing through this Catalan city because two Costa Cruises ships were stopping on that very day. They were Costa Fortuna and Costa Favolosa.
